The 'Upstairs' is 830x1720 mm and comes complete with balustrade, ladder and banister rail. The floor and roof of the playhouse are T&G boards. It is fully CE certified and complies with BS EN 71 for the safety of your children. The door is fitted with a full length piano hinge to prevent finger traps and the 5 windows are glazed with acrylic. It is manufactured from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine shiplap boards over sturdy 34mm framing. The playhouse is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating by you immediately on installation in either a wood paint or stain. Imperial dimensions are approximate, please refer to the exact metric dimensions in the data given. Please note this building is self assembly; all fixings, mineral roof felt and installation instructions are provided. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day.
