The playhouse is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on sturdy 34mm square framing with a T&G floor and OSB roof. There is a large, fixed joinery-made window fitted with plastic safety glazing. All fixings and mineral roof felt are provided along with assembly instructions. With regular wood preservatives, this den will last for many years.
