This handmade den is a wonderful outdoor space for your children and their friends to play. With an enclosed area of 4' x 4' plus a small canopy, it is an ideal first playhouse. It is tested to BS EN 71 (CE) the European safety standard for toys. The timber is all high grade, FSC certified, and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for you to apply your topcoat; once you've agreed on a color! The playhouse is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on sturdy 34mm square framing with a T&G floor and OSB roof. There is a large, fixed joinery-made window fitted with plastic safety glazing. All fixings and mineral roof felt are provided along with assembly instructions. With regular wood preservatives, this den will last for many years. The dimensions shown are for the exterior wall of the building. (Imperial measurements are rounded so please refer to the metric sizes for accuracy).
