The real magic, however, comes afterwards, when the cuvee is assembled and the wines rest for at least 4 years on their lees. So much is needed for this Franciacorta to achieve the right aromatic complexity. The style of the house. In the glass, in spite of the low pressure of the bottles so typical for the Satèn style, the foam is abundant, generated by a very fine perlage that flows non-stop from the bottom of the glass. The colour is golden straw, while the scents recall rose, ripe citrus and a hint of noisette. The palate reveals a smooth and creamy wine, perfectly balanced between mature touches and fresh sensations.
